Before you give
Will I get a tax benefit?
Yes. Ped Lagao India Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, so donations are eligible for deduction. We issue a formal receipt bearing our PAN (AAQCP6318R) and 80G registration details, which you can use when filing your return.
How do I get my donation receipt?
Email your full name, postal address, PAN and the payment reference (UTR / UPI transaction ID) to pedlagaoindia@gmail.com, or send the same details through our contact form. We cannot issue a valid 80G receipt without your PAN and address.
What exactly does my money pay for?
Saplings, tree guards, pit digging where volunteers cannot manage it, transport of saplings to site, water for the first summer, and the awareness material handed out at drives. We are a Section 8 company, which means no surplus can ever be distributed as profit to any director or member.
Can I donate a fixed amount every month?
Yes — you can set up a standing instruction or a recurring UPI mandate to the account details above. Please write to us first so we can record it correctly and issue a consolidated annual receipt.
Can my company donate as CSR?

Do you accept foreign donations?
Our SWIFT code (CNRBINBBBFD) is listed for reference. Foreign contributions to Indian non-profits are governed by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. Please write to us before sending any donation from outside India so we can confirm what is currently permitted.
